The feeding turntable of the filling machine for vials often encounters the problem of high vial pouring rate during the production process, among which the 2R specification vial has the highest vial pouring rate, which is statistically around 1-5%. The vial pouring mainly occurs at the position of the sterilization tunnel transition plate. 

Solution

In the past few years, IPATEC has maintained and upgraded the turntable for many customers who have vial pouring problems, reducing the vial pouring rate from 1% -5% to less than 0.3%. In some cases, the vial pouring rate can even be as low as a few tens of thousands.

Adjustment of the Step Difference between the Transition Plate and the Turntable: Experienced service engineers can adjust the step difference to within ± 0.1mm, effectively reducing the vial pouring rate;

Upgrade the Stainless Steel Turntable into PE Turntable: Processed with imported anti-static PE material, the surface contour and texture are dense and easy to clean, the friction between the table and the packaging material is small, and it can withstand VHP sterilization and be used as an isolator;
