Many domestic pharmaceutical companies have purchased pharmaceutical production equipment in earlier years (such as liquid filling and sealing lines, post packaging lines, solid dosage equipment, and inspection machines). Due to the aging and damage of electrical hardware such as industrial computers and touch screens, or the lack of maintenance during production shutdown, as well as low hardware configuration (such as CPU and memory), the system runs slowly and often experiences problems such as freezing, black screens, and flashing screens. The equipment is at risk of shutdown at any time, which will bring huge losses to pharmaceutical companies.

System and software upgrades

Hardware Upgrade: Upgrade to the latest industrial control computer and touch screen of the original brand, replace industrial control computers and touch screens of equivalent imported brands, and replace domestic industrial control computers and touch screens with high cost-effectiveness;

System and Software Upgrades: Can continue to use the original Win XP/Win 7 system and software (simplifying the validation work related to computerized systems), and upgrade the system and software to a platform that matches the new hardware, such as upgrading all to Win 10;
