Although the aseptic glove holders have a simple structure and seem to have little technical content, in actual application, we find that there are at least two problems as follows, which not only affect the customer's experience, but also are frequently noticed and challenged by validation officials:

The Original Glove Holder of the Isolator Has a Design Flaw: It can only support the four fingers of the glove and does not provide support for the thumb, resulting in the thumb sticking to the other fingers during VHP sterilisation, thus affecting the sterilisation effect;

No Glove Holder for oRABS Equipment Affects the Sterilisation Effect: Normal glove holders cannot be fixed to the glove ring of oRABS equipment, so they are usually not equipped with glove holders. During the sterilisation process, the gloves hang down naturally, which causes the gloves to stick together completely, seriously affecting the sterilisation effect;

Solution

IPATEC has always been committed to solving the problems and meeting the needs of our customers, and we actively and seriously deal with even small problems such as glove holders. In response to the glove ring equipped with common domestic and foreign filling machine brands and three common glove brands (i.e. Jugitec, Piercan and Honeywell), we have innovatively designed two types of glove holders to perfectly solve the above problems:

Snap-on Glove Holder: The length can be customized according to the glove, perfectly fitting the isolator glove ring, and providing support for the glove thumb, greatly improving the sterilization effect of sterile gloves;

Suction Cup Glove Holder: The length can be customized according to the glove, with strong universality, perfectly adapting to different sizes of glove rings of various domestic and foreign brands of equipment, which greatly improving the sterilization effect of sterile gloves;
