IPATEC flexible benchtop top filling and sealing platform, the FSC Flex30, is an integrated platform for fully automated filling, stoppering (vacuum stoppering is available for syringes and cartridges) and capping of sterilised nested vials, syringes and cartridges to meet the needs of lab work, small batch filling and sealing applications for parenteral products.

The machine is equipped with a loading and unloading robot in compliance with hygiene and sterilization standards, comes standard with an anti-drip function and quick-change capping rollers, and offers both piston pump (stainless steel or ceramic) and peristaltic pump options, with filling accuracies of up to +/-0.5%, minimal specification part change, and simple and easy to use.
